administrative registration

If you have been admitted to the Master’s programme, upon your arrival in Lille, you will be asked to complete an administrative registration file. For this, please have the following documents ready:

  • 1 passport-sized photo
  • Original and photocopy of an identity document (and visa for non-European students)
  • Originals of your diplomas

The Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) is a mandatory payment to validate administrative registration at the University each year.
It must be paid by new arrivals in Lille and Brussels.
Erasmus Mundus scholarship students are exempt from these fees and will be reimbursed. Non-scholarship students may also benefit from this exemption and be reimbursed.

After completing your administrative registration, you will receive a multiservice card, which will serve as:

  • Student ID
  • Library card
  • Meal card for CROUS dining facilities

Once you receive your multiservice card, you will also get your credentials to access your Digital Workspace (ENT). This space on the university website provides access to a number of applications and resources, including your academic record, email, the Moodle platform, the shared library catalog, numerous online resources, and the language resource center. Training on these applications is offered in September.
