administrative registration
If you have been admitted to the Master's program, upon your arrival in Lille, we will ask you to complete an administrative registration file. For this, please bring the following documents:
- 1 identity photo
- Original and photocopy of an identity document (and visa for non-European students)
- Original diplomas
Please consult our registration guide
The Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) is a mandatory payment to validate administrative registration at the University each year. It must be paid by new arrivals in Lille and Brussels. Erasmus Mundus scholarship students are exempt from these fees and will be reimbursed. Non-scholarship students can also benefit from this exemption and be reimbursed.
Following your administrative registration, you will receive a Multi-service Card, which will serve as:
- Student card
- Library card
- Meal card at CROUS locations
Once you receive your multi-service card, you will have your credentials to access your digital workspace (ENT). This space on the university website gives you access to a number of applications and resources including your academic file, your email, the Moodle platform, the common documentation service catalog, numerous remotely accessible documentary resources, and the language resource center. Training sessions for these applications are offered in September.
