Teaching Mobility
Within the framework of the Erasmus Mundus WOCC Master’s program, the EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) offers teaching mobility grants to academics from European and third countries. These grants are awarded according to the following criteria:
- For academics and teacher-researchers¹ who are members of higher education institutions², in order to teach at the universities that are members of the consortium.
The amount of the grant is calculated based on the kilometric distance between the place of residence and the destination, as well as on the destination country. The grant covers travel costs and daily accommodation and subsistence expenses, according to the rates and calculations established by the EACEA.
Types of Physical Mobility
The program provides for three types of physical mobility:
- Long mobility: 14 days / 12 to 16 teaching hours
- Intermediate mobility: 7 days / 6 to 8 teaching hours
- Short mobility: 3 days / 3 to 4 teaching hours
Commitments of Visiting Academics
As part of their mobility period, academics commit to:
- Actively participating in the activities of the WOCC Master’s program
(https://master-wocc.eu/fr/) - Carrying out teaching, research, and/or student mentoring activities
- Contributing to the promotion and dissemination of the Erasmus Mundus program in general, and of WOCC in particular, within their home university and country
Call for Applications
The WOCC consortium issues a call for applications for academics whose expertise relates to:
- The shared theme of contemporary transformations of work and employment,
and/or - A specific theme linked to particular academic or societal challenges
Teaching will be delivered in English, French, or Spanish.
