Teaching Mobility

As part of the WOCC Erasmus Mundus Master's program, the EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) offers teaching mobility grants to academics from European countries and third countries. These grants are awarded according to the following criteria:

  • For academics and teacher-researchers [1] who are members of higher education institutions [2] to teach at the consortium's member universities.

The grant amount is calculated based on the distance in kilometers between the place of residence and the destination, and according to the destination country. The grant covers travel costs and daily accommodation and meal expenses, according to the rates set by the EACEA.

Types of mobility

The program includes three types of physical mobility:

Long-term mobility: 14 days / 12 to 16 teaching hours

Medium-term mobility: 7 days / 6 to 8 teaching hours

Short-term mobility: 3 days / 3 to 4 teaching hours

Commitment in the Partner Universities

As part of their mobility, academics commit to:

  • Actively participate in the activities of the WOCC master's program
  • Carry out teaching/research/student supervision activities
  • Contribute to the promotion and dissemination of the Erasmus Mundus program in general, and WOCC in particular, in their home university and country.

Call for Applications

The WOCC consortium launches a call for applications to academics on topics related to:

  • The common theme of contemporary transformations in work and employment and/or
  • A specific theme related to particular issues

Teaching will be delivered in English, French, or Spanish.
